The agreement, built on a solid partnership that began in 2020, brings together the strengths of ITS’s fibre network and Sky’s core infrastructure under a long-term supply agreement, with the aim to deliver high-capacity, ultrafast connectivity to businesses nationwide.
How we supported the ITS journey
Ultimate’s relationship with ITS began in 2019, and since then, we’ve worked closely to support their growth and innovation through the development of their partner portal and API.
This digital platform has transformed how ITS engages with its partners, providing a streamlined, all-in-one solution for quote searches, order placement, and service assurance.
Following the launch of the portal, ITS experienced an impressive:
- 1.3 million searches on the portal in 24 months.
- 200% increase in orders within the first month.
