Since 2019, we’ve worked closely to support ITS’ growth and innovation through the development of their partner portal and API. This digital platform has transformed how ITS engages with its partners, providing a streamlined, all-in-one solution for quote searches, order placement, and service assurance.

Following the launch of the portal, ITS experienced an impressive:

Emotie

Emotie is a brilliantly simple HR app that is the first of its kind, connecting employee performance, engagement and wellbeing.

Ultimate were tasked to build an app with which employees could regularly record their emotional well-being at a certain point, enabling managers to identify any areas of concern in real-time and prompt them to set up a meeting. In order to meet the needs of both large and small businesses, scalability and personalisation were key to the success of the platform.

The new app led to…

Transcriptic

Based in California, Transcriptic is a robotic cloud laboratory for the life sciences – pioneering a digital platform that automates the entire workflow for a molecular biology experiment.

Transcriptic needed Ultimate’s help to distil their scientifically complex business into a clear and compelling pitch to investors. To do this, we created an interactive presentation deck and video to help Transcriptic sail through their pitches.
