A unified brand for a dynamic merger

Industry-leading recruitment experts Workwell specialise in international employment solutions. They aim to be a one stop shop for recruitment organisations and end hirers – from onboarding to payroll to back office with a strong focus on global compliance.

Amidst a significant growth phase, Ultimate led the website launch and rebrand for Workwell International, now rebranded as Workwell Global, marking a monumental merger with brands 6Cats, PGC, and WhiteFin Solutions – each with their own unique offerings.

Nourishing reputation amid change

The international recruitment business is a competitive one. Workwell Global’s substantial merger pulled in three rival brands – each with impactful USPs, from SixCat’s industry expertise to PGC’s established reputation.

Ultimate’s challenge was to deliver an impactful consolidation of the four entities whilst maintaining each of the brands’ repute and esteem. The merger was complicated; but we needed to simplify their personalities into one solid, trustworthy identity.

Not only this, the rebrand required a distinctive edge to capture the attention of Workwell Global’s audience in a busy market.

The rebrand packed a punch with a stand-out identity, unique colour palette, and distinct, flexible assets – coupled with clear brand guidelines to ensure consistency and recognition.

For the website, a strong focus on UX and UI design played into the brand’s people-first mission. Thought-leadership was maintained and enhanced with a concise user journey and valuable, expert content – far from the bloated, AI-led offerings of many competitors.

As Workwell Global look to the future, their expansion is bolstered by an impactful, flexible brand and website which can grow with them.
